2020 SUCKS. Let's just get that out of the way right up front.

If you love the great Colorado outdoors, then campers beware! Keep that tent zipped up tight at all times. Here comes the annual tarantula migration in Colorado.

It happens every year near the end of August as thousands of male tarantulas hit the road in search of a mate. Yes, you heard right: a mob of big horny spiders on the move.

These buggers can get VERY BIG! We are talking different species of tarantulas found in Colorado including aphonopelma echinum (nicknamed the Colorado chocolate brown), aphonopelma coloradanum, and aphonopelma hentzi, also known as the Oklahoma Brown Tarantula. They can get up  to 11 inches – that’s nearly twice the length of a dollar bill!

This year, however, it seems there are more spiders than in previous years.

Thanks a pant load, 2020.

Does that scare you a bit too much? Then get out of Colorado as fast as you can and - DO NOT - head to Texas.Because Texas is Now Battling an Infestation of R.O.U.S aka Swamp Rats.

Once again, these suckers are HUGE, and UGLY. Real ugly.

The reason for the invasion is that the female nutria can have babies as early as 4-6 months old. She can also produce from 4 to 6 litters a year. Each litter can get up to has high as 13 babies.

To produce all of these babies they need a lot of food. That is why they eat up to 25% of their bodyweight everyday. Now imagine how many parasites and disease they bring with them.

Don't even think about running farther west, they have murder hornets. Then there is the rioting and looting and..

2020 sucks.
