HONESTLY, I have no idea what to make of this video.

The only reason to watch it is to try and figure out what the heck is going on.

It's supposed to be a music video. There is music, so there is that.

40 Winks To Wyoming is a song by a group called Dog Race.

They must have been on a low budget because all they are doing is a simple line dance to bad lip syncing.
