Why wait for Halloween to take a ghost tour?

It's cold that time of year, and ghosts haunt all year round, so you can get spooked any time you wish.

Honestly, I had no idea that we could do this year-round.

Cheyenne has plenty to be spooked about because there was plenty of scandal and MURDER in its history.

Spend a little time on their website to see what the spook is all about.

Cheyenne has tried to cover up its twisted, gruesome past, but to no avail. In the days of the Old West, the city had ties to a particularly evil, criminal web of gunslingers and gangsters, many of whom would travel through the former Union Pacific Railroad Depot.

Some of the most famous outlaws brought to Cheyenne through this depot were Bob Lee, a cousin to the infamous Kid Curry of Butch Cassidy’s Wild Bunch, and notorious murderer Charlie Miller.

Uncover the hidden, dark truths of this strange town, and prepare to witness the horrifying, shocking, and unbelievable hauntings that continue to rock the frontier. In Cheyenne, the past crimes of pimps, outlaws, “shady ladies,” and gamblers have left an irreversible stain on the fabric of this tormented city— one that continues to haunt its present. Learn about:

Historic Atlas Theater
Atlas Block has been the site of many businesses over the years, but perhaps none are as famous as the historic Atlas Theater. This otherwise inconspicuous commercial building was renovated in the early 20th century with the ambition of creating the “prettiest showhouse west of the Mississippi River.

The Tivoli
The Tivoli has been many things: a brothel, a bar, a clothing store, and even a campaign headquarters for a Wyoming Governor. With such a rich history dating back over 130 years, this cursed building has earned a reputation for being one of the most haunted hubs in Cheyenne. Ungodly acts, violence.

Wyoming Supreme Court
Considered to be one of the most haunted buildings in Cheyenne, judgment is inflicted on both humans and otherworldly inhabitants here at the Wyoming Supreme Court. Thieves, outlaws, harlots…all have, at some point, faced the law within these sordid halls, but only one ghost is said to haunt.
