The City of Cheyenne is asking for public input on the city's Unified Development Code.(UDC).

The UDC governs land development in the city, including land use issues for businesses in Cheyenne. You can read the entire UDC here.

The UDC was adopted by the Cheyenne City Council in 2012, and one provision requires an annual review of the code. The Planning and Development Department is taking public comment through January, and a summary report of issues and concerns is scheduled to be presented to the city Planning Commission on Feb. 18.
