This is a free, first-of-its-kind event bringing together youth athletes, mental health advocates, and community organizations to promote resilience, connection, and emotional wellness through sport.
Event Details: Saturday, August 9, North Casper Soccer Complex, 10 am – 4 pm, Opening Remarks at 10 am with the tournament beginning mid-morning; various speakers and activities run through the afternoon.

The event includes:
· A free lacrosse tournament for youth (grades 4–12, including those not enrolled in summer camps)
· Special guest speaker Erin Switzer – he’ll be parachuting into the event to kick off Saturday’s activities. Erin has partnered with Atlas Flight School of Casper, Wyoming, for the jump. The flight school will provide the pilot and the plane.
· Free lunch for all participants and guests
· A resource fair featuring community organizations, mental health providers, and youth programs.
· Erin Switzer – U.S. Marine Corps veteran, special operator, and pop culture figure known as the model for “Ghost” from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and The Terminal List. Switzer now travels the country speaking to youth about mental health, stigma, and self-care.
· Youth participants from fourth to twelfth grade engaging in a free lacrosse skills clinic and tournament designed to promote teamwork, belonging, and emotional resilience.
· Local leaders and professionals available for interviews, including representatives from CWCC, Boys & Girls Club, USA Lacrosse, Public Health, and PROSPER.
· Hands-on coverage of workshops, community booths, and wellness education offered by mental health and youth service providers.
