An unusual and loveable character has been traveling Wyoming and posting videos about it.

He doesn't get many views on YouTube, and that's a shame.

Oddballs tell the best stories.

Say hello to Denusa and enjoy his video travel series.

In the introductory video on his page, he finds a "Truth Hole."

This video tells you everything you need to know about our host.

I searched this video series for the first video he recorded in Wyoming.

It, as you might expect, is unusual.

He caught his own elongated shadow and thought it was interesting.

As you might imagine this video does not have many views.

Why would it?

In this next video, he shows us a campground he and his wife stayed at near Ten Sleep.

There he enjoyed a great steak.

Google Maps led them astray for a while but they found their way back to civilization.

Last I checked, this video had only twelve views, two of which were mine as I listened to what he had to say and wrote this story.

If you're wondering what might be interesting about these videos, it's only the guy that's in them and his wife.

Nothing interesting happens -- ever.

In the above video, he arrived in Casper on the 15th of December.

While in Casper they ate at Pizza Ranch.

They liked it.

Nothing more to report.

I wrote this story on the 16th, all the while wondering if he and his wife were still in town. Turns out that after eating in Casper they headed out to the KOA in Douglas.

Does it sound like I'm picking on him?

I AM NOT!

After watching several videos I think that he and his wife are DELIGHTFUL and I have followed their page on YouTube.

Sorry, I missed them on their way through town.

I hope to illustrate some of the lesser known places that one can camp in the Central Western states.

I found many of these places to camp with Google's "camping near _______" search terms.

I only listed and filmed the sites which were not USFS or the National Park System.

As we traveled, we found quite a few and I made sure to record them on video to share with all of you. (Denusa ).

A Little Wyoming School House Preserved In Time

The little hamlet of Slater Wyoming has preserved on of their last two remaining buildings with all the love they feel for it.

There was once a tiny town on this spot.

Most everything is gone except the schoolhouse and the community building.

I stopped by one Saturday morning and the locals were more than happy to let us in to have a look.
