About 16 years ago, I moved out to Wyoming after growing up in the Florida Everglades and mountains of North Carolina.

When I first got to Wyoming I thought, I miss all those trees. There was always a canopy above me.

But Ian Munsick disagrees.

He song "Too Many Trees" tells how he grew up with far fewer people and open prairie.

He wanted to marry that Carolina Girl, but he just couldn't live on the east side of the country with too many towns and too many trees.

"I grew up where the prairie sage brush grows up to three feet high
By the time I was ten, I could see over them where the mountains touch the sky
I took off at eighteen to see what the world was all about
Met a blue-eyed Carolina girl that had my future all planned out" croons the Country star.
"But you ain't ever gonna leave these hills
And I wanna die where the coyote cry and the gray wolf kills
From where I'm standing, I can't see forever with you and me
There's too many towns and not еnough cows
And way too many trees"

Backroad Up The Bighorns

There are many ways to explore the Bighorn Mountain.

Not all of the backroads are dangerous.

Some are of good quality, and have the best views you'll ever see.
