WyoPreps American Legion Northwest Regional Tournament Scoreboard 2026

The Cheyenne Sixers are ready for the next step in the postseason play. It’s the American Legion Northwest Regional Tournament. This year’s event is at Harry and David Field in Medford, Oregon. Cheyenne is making its sixth appearance at this tourney in the last seven seasons. The Sixers advanced to the American Legion World Series in 2023. This is an eight-team modified, double-elimination bracket.

AMERICAN LEGION REGION 7 TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE 2026

The AA Region 7 tournament is in Medford from August 5 through August 9, 2026. Here’s a look at the schedule. Times are subject to change. Game times have been adjusted to Mountain Time.

Wednesday, Aug. 5: (times adjusted for heat warnings in the area)

Final Score: Team Central (Honolulu, HI) 12 Cheyenne Sixers 0 - The Sixers were no-hit in the loss.

Final Score: Lewis-Clark Twins (Lewiston, ID) 2 Tigard Barbers (Portland, OR) 0

Final Score: Medford (OR) Mustangs 13 Missoula (MT) Mavericks 3

Thursday, Aug. 6: (times adjusted for heat warnings in the area)

Final Score: Tigard Barbers 8 Kenai Twins 1 – Kenai is eliminated

Final Score: Cheyenne Sixers 8 Missoula Mavericks 3 – Missoula is eliminated. The Sixers scored in 5 of their 7 at-bats. B. Kamarad had 4 hits, including a double, and 3 RBIs. King and K. Tafoya each added 2 hits & drove in 1 run. McDonough went the distance on the bump. He allowed 3 runs, 1 earned, on 9 hits.

Game 9: Cheyenne Sixers vs. Tri-City Titans, 10 a.m. – loser-out - KRAE Watch Live

Game 10: Tigard Barbers vs. Medford Mustangs, 30 mins after Game 9 – loser-out

Game 11: Lewis-Clark Twins vs. Team Central (Honolulu, HI), 7 p.m. (winner in the title game)

Saturday, Aug. 8:

Pairings for these two games will not match previous opponents against each other, if possible.

Game 12: Game 9 winner vs. Game 11 loser, 5 p.m. – loser out

Game 13: Game 10 winner vs. Game 11 winner, 8 p.m. – potential for a loser out

(Note: If 3 teams remain with one loss after Game 13, the winner of Game 11 will automatically be drawn into Game 14)

Sunday, Aug. 9:

Game 14: Regional Championship Game: Game 12 winner vs. Game 13 winner (possibly Game 11 winner), 2 p.m.

Game 15 (If necessary): Game 14 winner vs. Game 14 loser (if 1st loss), 5 p.m.

The winner advances to the American Legion World Series in Shelby, NC, on Aug. 13-18, 2026.
