Wyoming Coaches Association Announces 2026 All-State Nordic Ski Team

The 2026 all-state awards for the Wyoming High School Nordic skiing were earned based on the finishes during all races throughout the season. The Wyoming Coaches Association released the list of honorees this week. The WCA only recognizes the top 10 and ties of the points standings as an all-state award. These are the only skiers who received an award certificate.

WYOMING HIGH SCHOOL NORDIC SKIING ALL-STATE AWARDS IN 2026

Wyoming had 22 skiers earn all-state in the 2026 season across all eight programs that sponsor the sport for high school student-athletes. Here are the All-State Nordic Skiers for 2026. They are sorted by school name & then alphabetically by last name.

GIRLS:

Hailie Schramm – Cody (All-State 2025)

Raina Wachob – Cody (All-State in 2025)

Sadie Wachob – Cody (All-State 2025)

Tirzah Ellis – Jackson (All-State 2025)

Twyla Beason – Lander (All-State in 2024 & 2025)

Nora Strike – Lander

Anna Kaiser – Laramie

Olivia Tolson – Pinedale (All-State in 2024 & 2025)

Kayley Alicke – Sheridan (All-State in 2024 & 2025)

The 2026 Wyoming High School Nordic Skiing season ended on February 27 and 28 in Pinedale. The Cody girls and Sheridan boys were the team champions. Sheridan’s Kayley Alicke was the freestyle state champ, and Olivia Tolson of Pinedale took first in the classic race. Darin Binning from Pinedale won the boys’ freestyle race, while Austin Thomas of Kelly Walsh captured the classic race.
