Cheyenne Traffic Stop Turns Up 16.86 Grams of Meth
A 44-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after a traffic stop in south central Cheyenne turned up two bags of methamphetamine.
According to a booking sheet, police stopped Bruce Lee Stull near West 2nd Street and Partoyan Drive around 4 a.m. on Friday, May 10, for having expired tags on his pickup.
Police say the vehicle registration expired in December 2023.

Police say Stull also had a suspended driver's license and there was a bag of suspected methamphetamine sitting in plain view in his pickup.
The pickup was subsequently searched and two bags containing a total of 16.86 grams of suspected methamphetamine were reportedly discovered.
Stull was arrested and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, a crime punishable by up to seven years in prison, up to a $15,000 fine, or both.
He made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Monday morning, during which his bond was set at $3,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for May 22 at 2:30 p.m.
