Do you want to step outside? (Governor Mark Gordon).

Are you threatening me? (Secretary Of State Chuck Gray).

No, I'm asking you if you want to step outside (Gov Gordon).

The two men were having a disagreement, as they usually do, and as we have seen many times here in the state of Wyoming. They were talking over each other, and tensions rose.

The Governor was NOT asking the Secretary to step outside for a fight, but to step out of the room and hash out their debate away from the meeting. But it did sound bad when he said it.

Watch the exchange in the video below and decide for yourself what is going on here. 5:34:27 into the video time.

The exchange took place at the Douglas Library during a public discussion about a proposed wind project near the northern Laramie Range.

Gray was asking for a motion to recind the wind project. The motion was ruled out of order because it was only a public comment meeting, not one where decisions are made.

The special meeting brought residents opposed to the 267 wind turbine project.

The governor and the secretary have jousted before in public meetings. It is no secret that Mr. Gray is not a fan of Governor Gordon and is often bluntly outspoken about it.

During one such meeting last year, the governor looked at Mr. Gray and said,  "I get it you don't like me."

After the cross words during this Douglas meeting, they got on with the rest of the business, but the tension was in the room and was not going to change.

Jay Em, Wyoming, Frozen In Time

Jay Em, what an unusual name for a town. The few people who live there are proud of what their spot on earth once was, and they work to preserve it. They keep this little community frozen in time.
