It was when the COVID-19 pandemic became a thing that we all began to hear about folks in China eating bat.

Really? People do that?

Even our own Wyoming Representative Liz Cheney tweeted - "How about you stop eating bat. SERIOUSLY"

Well for some reason, the thought popped into my head this morning: 'Just how many recipes for bat are there? Can I find cookbooks for bat?' Turns out the answers are: many, and yes.
