Like animals that migrate at a certain time of year, August is when bikers congregate around Sturgis, Wyoming, and travel beyond on long road trips.

The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is a motorcycle rally held annually in Sturgis, South Dakota, and the surrounding Black Hills region of the United States.

It began in 1938 with a group of Indian Motorcycle riders and was originally held for stunts and races.

Join us as we ride west during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally to destinations like Devils Tower, Hulett, Wyoming, Aladdin General Store, and the Legendary Topless Tuesday Party at Stoneville Saloon in Alzad, Montana! (Fun On Wheels).

Topless Tuesday has events like wet T-shirt contests.

For the bikers who want to ride, there are numerous websites promoting get-togethers and road trips.

Anyone who shows up alone can find a crew to sign up and ride with.

These folks think of their bike as the modern-day horse, and that makes sense.

At the legendary intersection of Main Street and Junction Avenue, the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum and Hall of Fame beckons adventurers from around the world, offering a year-round gateway to the captivating world of motorcycling.

Step inside, and you'll discover an awe-inspiring collection of iconic motorcycle brands like Harley-Davidson, Indian, Triumph, and Yamaha, each showcasing machines that have defined eras and inspired generations of riders.

Let's not forget the loud concerts and all-night drinking - and food.
