The Supreme Court's June ruling that overturned Roe v. Wade and left the question of abortion rights up to the states has produced ballot questions in a handful of states this fall.
"Life begins at conception," Bill Ward said. "It's a biological fact and there another human being inside of the womb of a pregnant woman. That's a biological fact."
The U.S. Supreme Court has overturned Roe v. Wade, prompting the “trigger ban” bill signed into law earlier this year to ban abortion in Wyoming in five days.
The law bans abortions except in cases of rape or incest or to protect the mother’s life or health, not including psychological conditions.
