The City of Casper has released an agenda for tomorrow's meeting, happening at the Lyric at 9:30 AM.

The victim filed that she was taken to the hospital and required 13 staples for a head injury caused by Knell, this along with two black eyes, a bruised hand, bruised ribs, and a sore neck and back.

City Council proposals would limit the number of days one can legally camp on private property. It also seeks to prohibit camping near the North Platte River and other streams in Casper.

The resolutions said public and private services were insufficient to alleviate the effects of the flooding.

Council member and Realtor Lisa Engebretsen said people can buy houses with old electrical systems, but an inspector will inspect it based on current codes.

An arsonist burned the facility with gasoline as it prepared to open last May.

The Natrona County Commission must approve the memorandum and any subsequent real estate purchase agreement to become effective.

Three city councilors left and three new city councilors took their seats, but that's not all. Bruce Knell was also elected to be the new Mayor of the City of Casper, accepting the role from former Mayor Ray Pacheco.
