Bull elk

You are hopefully having a good day, but I doubt you're having as good a day as a Yellowstone elk who was recently spotted rubbing his antlers against trees.

An elk had a decision to make. He sees an oncoming truck. Does he move or play chicken with the truck and hope it moves? He chose that second one and won.

Rio Mora National Wildlife Refuge shared a picture of a young Bull Elk caught on camera...only to notice later there is a hidden Mountain Lion.

Just in case you start to think too much of yourself, it's nice to be reminded by nature that you're not quite as epic as you think. That's especially true of a new video showing two bull elk in a showdown near Estes Park.
