Authorities say speed may be to blame for a rollover crash that left a 19-year-old Wyoming driver dead and his passenger injured.

This is the fourth traffic fatality in Campbell County this month, and the seventh in the county so far this year.

The complaint states Baker denied any knowledge of the drugs.
