At the Casper city council meeting on Tuesday, city manager Carter Napier said he has spoken with a group that hopes to build an indoor sports facility near the Ford Wyoming Center.

The council passed on first the changes to the municipal ordinance about "offenses against human decency."

The Casper City Council will further consider the proposed budget at a work session at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday and can be viewed on the city's YouTube channel.
