The Sheriff's Office and Emergency Management personnel launched a search and rescue operation in the area through Saturday night into Sunday morning.

"These showers and storms have produced very heavy rain, which is likely leading to minor flooding of small creeks and streams."

The blizzard warning supersedes the previous winter storm warning for much of Wyoming.
