A bill banning the teaching of critical race theory in Wyoming schools failed introduction in the House, while a similar bill made its way through the state Senate.
Senate File 62 would force Wyoming school districts to prominently post learning materials [such as books] and activities used to teach students on the district website.

With the release of a draft legislation by Wyoming state Senator Dan Dockstader and Ogden Driskill on making school curriculums available to parents, other promoters of the bill see it as a way to address the teaching of critical race theory.
