An ordinance to decriminalize marijuana within the city of Cheyenne failed to pass a second reading on a 6 to 3 vote during Monday night's City Council meeting.

While leaving your vehicle idling unattended, or puffing as it's sometimes called, is now legal in Wyoming, that doesn't mean it's a good idea.

House Bill 106 would not legalize pot, as people using or possessing less than three ounces of weed would still be liable for a fine of up to $100.
