President Donald Trump did not mention his successor, Democrat Joe Biden, by name in his farewell address.

Trump offered no clues for how he would spend his final hours in office. Biden will become president at noon regardless of Trump’s plans.

Trump says he totally disagrees with the outcome of the election, and claims falsely that the facts bear him out.

That’s according to two officials familiar with the matter who spoke to The Associated Press on Wednesday on condition of anonymity because they weren’t authorized to speak publicly.

Reporters huddled with politicians inside the Capitol seeking safety from the unrest.

About 100 protesters had gathered at the state Capitol in Atlanta to protest President Donald Trump’s election loss.

His former chief of staff Mick Mulvaney tweeted: 'The President’s tweet is not enough. He can stop this now and needs to do exactly that. Tell these folks to go home.'

Barr went Monday to the White House, where Trump said the attorney general submitted his letter of resignation.

In an interview with The Associated Press, Barr said U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working diligently to follow up on specific complaints and information they’ve received, but they’ve uncovered no evidence that would affect the final results.
