It was quite the scene outside the Hall of Justice in Casper on Wednesday, as various emergency units responded to reports of a suspicious package that was delivered to the courthouse.
Multiple teenagers were injured in a structure fire that occurred in Casper on Friday, March 4. Their injuries were so severe that three of the teens had to be transported to out-of-state children's hospitals.
It was the case of a dog being a dog and trying to chase geese. The result was an animal in distress in an ice-covered pond who fortunately was within reach for a hero Colorado firefighter.
"[We're] making sure that we're in a position where we are providing the kind of resources our wildland firefighters need, the kind of benefits they need, and the kind of commitment they need through adequate pay and salary, to make sure that we recognize the real danger that they face and the sacrifice that they make to keep us safe."
