He was driving the early 2000s minivan shown in the photo, with a bed and multiple possessions inside.

Investigators suspect the bogus cop may have stopped other drivers as well, using the same ruse.

Fort Collins police say the incident should serve as a reminder of the dangers of substance abuse.
