Good Samaritans

Casper has many "Good Samaritans", especially during this time of year when the weather is at its worst.

It's not everyday that you see a dog that appears to enjoy being in high places.

Capserites are always great at helping each other out in times of need and that's just another one the things that makes living here grand.

It's not an everyday occurrence that the men and women who tasked with helping the public, actually find themselves in need of a little help, but it does happen.
