Grizzlies

I've seen grizzly bears in Yellowstone National Park do just about everything. It wasn't until today that I've never seen one sleeping. Thanks to a new video share by a very recent visitor to the park, I can now put a check in that box, too.

Are you a morning person? No? Then perhaps you can identify with a grizzly that just woke up from a long hibernation in the Tetons and does not appear to be in a good mood. At all.

It's been awhile since I've shared anything regarding world-famous Grizzly 399 and her cubs. There's a good reason for that. But, I do have a few new videos from one of my favorite Wyoming photographers which I think you'd enjoy seeing.

There's a brand new video that shows what a man believes to be Yellowstone grizzlies fighting. However, I'm pretty sure this is not fury, but fun instead. I'll show you and you can decide.

I hope you're having a relaxing day although I doubt you're kicking back as much as a famous Yellowstone grizzly named "Snow" who napped in a most unusual way as a new video share shows.

Grizzly #863 aka Felicia is one of Wyoming's most loved and controversial bears. She's recently been spotted out of the den playing with her two young cubs.

I've seen a lot of wolf/bear encounters in Yellowstone National Park, but I rarely see it go this way. A recent visitor to the park shared video of a white wolf chasing off a big bear.

Many go to Yellowstone National Park and hope to see bears. However, very few want to see them this close. A hiker recently shared video of a close encounter with a grizzly mom who had 3 tiny cubs with her.
