House Bill 44

In 2019, a similar bill passed the state House but died on back-to-back tie votes in the Wyoming Senate.

The has already passed the Wyoming House and now moves onto the Senate, where a similar bill was defeated last year on a tie vote.

At least 11 states have approved various resolutions to do away with the time changes, and others are pending in other states.

Rep. Dan Laursen said the time change hurts people, including the elderly and school children.
