Authorities say one person was killed and seven were injured in a shooting early Sunday at an outdoor festival in eastern Oklahoma.

A felony child sexual abuse offender was stopped and apprehended thanks to the Wyoming Highway Patrol and a Colorado Port of Entry Officer.
