While Philip Morris International has decided to cease cigarette production, the separate branch Philip Morris USA hasn't taken the leap yet.

Effective December 26th, 2019, the minimum age for buying tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, vaping products, etc.) is now 21.

The Cancer Action Network wants to add an additional $1.50 to the sales tax of tobacco products.
