Wind Chill Advisories are in effect for most of southeast Wyoming and the northern Nebraska Panhandle starting at 5 p.m. this afternoon through 8 a.m. Thursday.
The National Weather Service Wind Chill Advisory is issued when conditions are expected to be severe enough to threaten human life if precautions are not taken.
The National Weather Service on Monday issued a number of wind chill advisories throughout the Cowboy State which will take effect at 11 p.m. Monday and expire Tuesday morning.
