Emmy award-winning filmmaker Anthony Stengel has produced a documentary for Wyoming PBS, telling the story of 'The Steel Sculptress,' Betsy Bower- a metal artist based in Casper.
Just two months after winning an Emmy Award for his short documentary film 'Dying Light,' Anthony Stengel also won 'Best Documentary,' for a different film at the 307 Film Festival.
"We're not a democracy, we're a Republic," Harriet Hageman said. "Our Republic is not in danger because of President Donald J. Trump. President Trump was an excellent president for the United States of America."
Anthony Stengel, of Stengel Media, is a local filmmaker that produces films about other local artists in Wyoming. His work has been featured across a wide-variety of outlets but, most recently, Stengel has been producing short films for Wyoming PBS.
The University of Wyoming American Heritage Center’s (AHC) Alan K. Simpson Institute for Western Politics and Leadership will be collaborating with Wyoming PBS and Wyoming Humanities to host an economic discussion.
“Wyoming at the Economic Crossroads” is the topic of the virtual event which will be held on Tuesday, September 21, at 7 pm.
