This is What a $5,000 Per Night Estes Park AirBnb Looks Like
The million-dollar views of Colorado's Rocky Mountain National Park bring people from all around the world to our wonderful state. Sometimes million dollar views can come with a hefty price tag. One Airbnb in the town of Estes Park will cost you $5,000 per night to live out your mountain lifestyle vacation.
Aspen Falls is not just one log cabin, but a total of five log cabins located on nearly 30 acres of land. The Airbnb property can house up to a maximum of 28 people. When you calculate the cost of $5,000 per night for the property between the 28 guests, the cost seems rather reasonable at $178.57 per guest.
The main home has a total of four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The remaining four cabins offer:
- Cabin 1 - One queen bed and one bathroom
- Cabin 2 - Duplex style with a total of six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two sofa couches.
- Cabin 3 - One queen pullout couch, one bathroom, and a small kitchen.
- Cabin 4 - One King bed, one pullout couch, one bathroom, and a small kitchen.
Guests at Aspen Falls will have access to the main home and all four cabins, plus the clubhouse. On the grounds, there is a playground for the kids to play and a shuffleboard court for a little competition between friends and family. Cabins one, three, and four are not available from October through April.
Summer pricing on Aspen Falls Airbnb is $4,000 to $5,000. Winter Pricing is more affordable at $2,000 to $3,500.
