Do you like thrift store shopping? Have you heard of "THRIFTING?"

Visit this YouTube link to see a woman determined to visit every thrift store in Wyoming. It's her hobby, but also how she is stocking her own thrift store.

Some thrift stores are just used junk shops and are worse than the worst yard sales you've ever seen. But some have wonderful treasures and are worth the road trip to go find them.

I found a map of Wyoming Thrift stores. This is not everyone in Wyoming, but 26 stores are a good start.

The website Wyoming 211 has a page with these 26 stores. Click here to have a look.

Click on the map links to find the stores. Scroll the list to the left side of the page to read about each one of the 26 stores listed. You'll even find website links to those stores, if they have one, as well as social media links like Facebook.

Wyoming 211 is a free, confidential, and comprehensive statewide service that connects residents to community, health, and social services by calling 2-1-1, chatting, or visiting their website. It provides a centralized, up-to-date database for essential needs like food, housing, utility assistance, and senior services.

Some people love "THRIFTING."

Thrifting is shopping for secondhand items at discounted prices in thrift stores, consignment shops, or estate sales to find unique clothing, home decor, and vintage goods. It allows for discovering high-value items at low costs while building an eclectic wardrobe and supporting charities. Key tips include checking for damages, utilizing sale days, and visiting often for the best finds. (According to Goodwill).

Jay Em, Wyoming, Frozen In Time

Jay Em, what an unusual name for a town. The few people who live there are proud of what their spot on earth once was, and they work to preserve it. They keep this little community frozen in time.
