Wyoming Road Condition Report (TUESDAY 9/8/20)

As soon as the snow began to fall, a couple of roads in Wyoming closed. But those were the roads that usually close, so folks in that area are used to it.

I-80 EASTBOUND between MM 57, Uinta County Line and Exit 66, Granger Jct Road closed due to winter conditions. As of September 08 at 03:45 a.m., the estimated opening time is unknown. Parking on the roadway is prohibited and delays WYDOT from opening the road.US 20/26 between Moneta and Waltman. Road closed due to winter conditions. WY 28 between the Fremont/Sublette Cty Line and Atlantic City Rd Road closed due to winter conditions. As of September 08 at 03:13 a.m., the estimated opening time is unknown. Parking on the roadway is prohibited and delays WYDOT from opening the road.

US 191 between Mile Marker 12, Yellowstone Rd and Farson Road closed due to winter conditions. As of September 08 at 05:42 a.m., the estimated opening time is unknown. Parking on the roadway is prohibited and delays WYDOT from opening the road.

WY 258 between Mills and Evansville Road closed due to winter conditions. As of September 08 at 06:24 a.m., the estimated opening time is unknown. Parking on the roadway is prohibited and delays WYDOT from opening the road.

Most of the rest of the WYDOT report simply showed icy and slick conditions with caution advised.

But the snow will continue to fall for much of the state throughout the morning. We will keep you posted.
