Wyoming’s Memorial Day Weather Forecast
AT LAST -- a long weekend comes.
We all need one.
This coming weekend, most of us will get three days off.
Many will go camping because THIS IS WYOMING.
So let's take a look at that forecast through Monday.
Cool temperatures on Wednesday, 05/21/25, with a breeze and clouds for most of the day. Watch for those afternoon storms. It will happen in some areas.
Thursday brings slightly warmer temperatures, but not hot. Partly cloudy and just plain nice.
Friday is just a tad warmer, but still not hot, with a slight chance of late afternoon showers for some.
Sorry about Saturday. That chance of showers really increases, and temperatures drop back down into the 50s for most of Wyoming.
We will recover some on Sunday. The temperature will remain in the 50's to 40s for most of the state with a fairly good chance of afternoon rain.
MONDAY -- a fine day. Go out and enjoy it. Temperatures will be in the 60s for most of the state under sunny skies.
Monday is the day you really want to take advantage of.
The best weather for this month happens after Monday, next week.
The best time to plan your outdoor activities will be early in the day. As the sun rises, it will increase the chance of rain later in the day.
This is typical spring weather and typical May weather for Wyoming.
The good news is that the state is a green as it gets, and there are lots of flowers blooming.
Memorial Day is a solemn occasion observed in the United States to honor and remember the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military. It's a time for reflection on their sacrifice and for remembering the lives lost while protecting the country.
