It would have been prettier if this mishap had happened at night.

Now we have to wonder how many people will not get to see a 4th of July fireworks display because it all went up, at once, two days before they were delivered.

A warehouse storing fireworks in California caught fire and exploded Tuesday.

One big BOOM was caught on camera.

Then, we get to see thousands of fireworks go off, individually, at once.

The Yolo County Sheriff's Office said the warehouse, near the Esparto area northwest of Sacramento, exploded and was actively burning.

So far, local officials had no comment to reporters about whether there were any injuries Tuesday night.

Firefighters responded to the fire at around 5:50 p.m. and found "a few commercial buildings well-involved, as well as numerous explosions and numerous spot fires throughout the area," A spokesperson said.

Below is a side view of the big explosion and the many smaller ones.

Here are several videos with different angles on the BIG BADA BOOM and the many smaller ones happening almost all at once.

Be sure to turn your sound up when watching.

The cause of the fire and explosion was unknown Tuesday night, the sheriff's office said.

The one large warehouse fire caused multiple spot fires, covering an area of around 80 acres in total, a spokesperson said.

On the one hand, nobody wants to make fun of an incident like this.

On the other hand, we all want to be there to see it.

This is one of those events that locals will talk about for many years to come.
