A quick check of the WYDOT road advisories shows Wyoming highways opening.

But there are still strong advisories for most highways and the state is urging travelers to only use most roads if absolutely necessary.

Crews are working and those blue skies are helping but the temperatures are still below freezing.

Monday and Tuesday's forecast show above freezing temperatures, which should make conditions a lot less hazardous for later in the afternoon.
