Just a request - Can we please quit overstating to try and get internet hits?

For example, I've come across many videos about Wyoming with titles like

Why Nobody Lives In Wyoming.

Well, I live there.

So do 587,618 other people.

Sure, we are the least populated state, but that's not "NOBODY!"

There are many other videos and articles with titles like,

Why nobody visits Wyoming?

Why Everybody Is Leaving Wyoming.

It is true that Wyoming has low tourism numbers compared to many other states.

However, roughly 8.7 million tourists visited Cowboy State in 2024 according to the Wyoming Office Of Tourism.

That's hardly "NOBODY!"

I do understand that social media content providers have to come up with headlines and titles that grab the attention of today's scrolling audience.

It just gets annoying to see after a while.

A quick YouTube search of "Nobody Lives In Wyoming" provided 11 videos with the title.

I know I could find more if I tried.

Then there is this one,

Nobody Wants To Live In Wyoming.

Really?

I know of a lot of people who love it here.

While growth is slow the population is increasing.

Probably one of the worst headlines I've seen has to include the phrase,

THE SHOCKING TRUTH

Have a look at that one, below.

So, is it "impossible" to live in Wyoming?

There is something "SHOCKING" going on here?

In many cases, these videos are not bad to watch.

But they don't want their work passed over so they write the most shocking title they can think of.

Those titles are also misleading.

This Wyoming Store Has The Funniest Signs

This store has far too many signs to show them all to you.

You could spend a day there and not see them all.

There are also bumper stickers, hats, T-shirts, and so much more to make you smile and laugh.

You won't find this store where you would expect it to be.

Beautiful Welded Junk Art

Is that just a rusty pile of old metal junk?
Maybe it's a moose a cowboy or a horse.

It just depends on what you see when you look at it.

This Wyoming-born artist brings junk to live with beauty in motion.
