Two people have been arrested and charged in connection with a homicide investigation by the Casper Police Department.
Anthony Rodriguez, 31, is charged with second-degree murder. Allison Solis, 31, is charged with accessory after the fact to second-degree murder.
They were arrested in El Paso County, Colorado on Tuesday.
The victim has been identified as 54-year-old Mary Margaret Fogle. The Natrona County Coroner's Office says her family has been notified of her passing.
Fogle's body was found inside a home at 12th and Conwell when police officers responded for a welfare check shortly before 4 p.m. Monday.
