BUNDLE UP WYOMING – This week will be COLD!
And suddenly the bottom fell out of those temperatures again.
Wyoming can expect these frigid temperatures to remain through Wednesday, with a warm-up for most by Thursday.
Nighttime lows will be in the negatives.
At least it won't be windy.
Some areas might get a sprinkle of light snow during that time.
BLAME CANADA!
All this cold is coming down from them, and they don't even have the courtesy to send some much-needed snow with it.
The cold will ooze like molasses, slowly down and slowly out.
After Thursday the temperatures for our region begin to yoyo.
Up to the 40's then down to the 20's then back up to the 30's...
I mean - come on already - PICK A NUMBER!
There is a good chance of a winter storm this coming Saturday and early next week. We will keep you posted. If it happens it won't be a big one.
As you look at your weather app be careful to not trust that long-term forecast.
Even a 5-day forecast is suspect.
According to our local weatherman Don Day, of Day Weather, there is just too much happening up north to make an accurate prediction of anything long-term.
Once again - BLAME CANADA!
Just keep bundled up Wyoming.
We'll be fine.
You should see how bad Montana has it.
