Quirky Named Wyoming Resturant Has AMAIZING BBQ
There are some restaurants that, when you see them from the outside, you might not expect much. But then you go inside and try their food. WOW, you'll keep going back.
HQBBQ is a nice-looking restaurant in Evansville/Casper, Wyoming. From the outside, the building is attractive, but it does not have the flair of some of the big chain places that impress us before we even walk in. (Evansville & Casper, because it is right on the border of the two towns).
This honest review from a visitor shows us that it is 100% worth the visit.

They like to start visitors off with some wonderful home-style corn bread. You'll probably ask for more. As far as I'm concerned, their cornbread beats out Olive Garden breadsticks any day.
Make sure to order potato salad. It is their own unique recipe, and it is WONDERFUL!
Zukini Fries, anyone? If you've never tried them, this is your chance. They make a unique side dish that helps this restaurant stand out from places that just serve regular fries or boring chips.
Here is what people are saying on the HQBBQ Facebook Page.
