Wyoming Artist Travis Glasgow Launches ‘Trout About’ Fabric Line
Wyoming is full of talented artists with a wide range of artistic talents. Over the last couple of years, we've been following Travis Glasgow and his eye for photography and his ability to blend colors, exposures, backgrounds, and wildlife into a single piece of art.
I've had the pleasure of chatting with Travis many times, and every time you can hear the excitement in his voice about his latest work, his constant planning for the next piece, and the inspiration he finds while hiking or jogging.
If you've been following Travis' journey, you know he's worked with Hoffman Fabrics for the last couple of years, and he just announced his next fabric collection. The latest upcoming collection, titled "Trout About," features his sought-after trout imagery printed on a single striking panel.
This new fabric line includes two pieces: the first being the Rocky Mountain Rainbow, with vibrant colors and a Canadian background.

The second piece is the Popo Agie Brown, a brown trout from the Popo Agie River in Wyoming's Wind River Range.

This line is Travis' 4th with Hoffman. His other three lines, "Wild and Woven," "Nature Woven," and "Bonehead," are available at many fabric stores across Wyoming, including Prism Quilt & Sew in Casper, Quilt Essentials in Laramie, and Sew Center of Cheyenne, to name a few places. You can also check out a full Wyoming distributor list to find places that carry the Hoffman Lines, including Travis', where you can pick them up in person. You can also order it online at the Hoffman California Fabrics website.
