The Laramie County Sheriff's Office says a multi-agency DUI enforcement effort during Cheyenne Frontier Days 2024 resulted in 55 arrests.'

That's according to a post on the sheriff's office's Facebook page.

While several agencies took part in the "Deuces Wild" enforcement effort, it was coordinated through the sheriff's office. The post listed the participant agencies: Deuces Wild" DUI Taskforce is comprised of law enforcement agencies in Laramie, Albany, Goshen, and Platte counties. The Wyoming Highway Patrol also contributed troopers from around the state to this combined effort.

Breakdown Of The Arrests

According to the post, here are the results of the enforcement effort:

Laramie County Sheriff’s Office: 488 traffic stops with 25 DUI arrests
Wyoming Highway Patrol: 1140 traffic stops with 26 DUI arrests
Pine Bluffs Police Department: 119 traffic stops with 2 DUI arrests
Albany County Sheriff’s Office: 7 traffic stops
Torrington Police Department: 2 traffic stops
Cheyenne Police Department: 540 traffic stops with 4 DUI arrests
