Back in 2013, the movie RIPD hit the theaters, starring Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds.

The plot and the style of humor were 100% orgional. It was a fun movie to watch.

The story is of two dead cops whose spirits are put to service bringing evil, lost souls to justice. I laughed all the way through.

Back in 2022, the movie RIPD 2 was released. It was a box office bomb.

Last weekend I had a chance to watch it on TV.

Most of the movie takes place in Wyoming. That last 1/3 of it happens in Utah.

Below is the trailer for RIPD - the first movie.

In the second movie, which I advise you DO NOT watch, unless you like to watch really bad movies die right in front of you - we go back to the origins of the older cop, played by Jeff Bridges.

Jeff Bridges is not in this movie. It's a younger actor playing the same character. But I bet that younger actor wishes he had never made this movie. I won't mention that actor's name to save him further embarrassment.

To the writers and producers of this movie, I ask, please, if you are going to make a movie this bad, do not place it in Wyoming. Our state deserves better.

If you want to see how bad this movie is, just watch the movie clips below.

I would recommend going back and watching the first RIPD movie if you have not yet seen it.

It's orgional, funny, and doesn't suck.
