Looking for something different to do in Wyoming? Well, there is this.
Alliance LARP Wyoming
Grim fantasy in the heart of Wyoming. Join us for weekends of immersive storytelling, combat, and camaraderie. Have a look at their Facebook page.
They bill themselves as a "Live Action Roleplay group located in the wonderful state of Wyoming."
You can be a knight or, maybe, an alien knight that has come from another planet. Whatever. You'll fit in if you like to dress up and role-play.
Okay, this is not for everyone. But some people think this is a great time. It is a creative outlet.
This organization has a group or more in most states.
Live-Action Roleplay is collaborative storytelling brought to life. You create a character with their own history, motivations, and flaws, then step into a living world where your actions shape the narrative. There is no script; no audience. Every encounter is real, every victory earned, every consequence felt.
Alliance LARP Wyoming hosts weekend-long events in the Eidonfaal campaign setting, where players from all backgrounds come together to solve problems, fight battles, forge alliances, and unravel mysteries that span months—and in some cases, years—of ongoing story. Whether you pick up a sword for the first time or arrive with decades of experience, there is a place for you in Eidonfaal.
This group is in Riverton, Wyoming. It doesn't matter if that is too far. Find out how to join or maybe start your own Wyoming chapter at this link.
