Not sure who the teams are supposed to be either. But someone is punting. There is even a goal post with a football passing through it.

This marvelous creation is in front of a home on 15th, near Oakcrest, in Casper. Locals might also know that area for an old school and the local YMCA.

It must have taken a lot of work to get this scene just right.

Let's hope those strong Casper winds don't blow it apart before Halloween.
