There is a difference between "affordable" and "cheap-ass." It is also downright sketchy. Best to avoid that last one.

In the video below, our TikTok host takes a look at some of the worst home listings in Wyoming, in his opinion.

It's nice that these places are affordable, but that does not make them worth it, for a long list of reasons.

The first house he lists is just $60K and is located in Newcastle, Wyoming.

At least this house does not come with the stink of a dead body. That's probably because the body decomposed a long time ago.

Not only does he have a problem with the house, but he thinks that Newcastle is also BORING! He's not wrong about that. But Newcastle is a quiet and safe place to live and raise a family.

WAIT! He lists another home, slightly more expensive, in Torrington, Wyoming. We can debate as to which town wins the boring award. But both are nice communities.

The house shown here is nice. Watch the video and you'll see. For $113K you'll get a lot. Now you just need to find a job, and that's not easy. There is not a lot going on in Torrington.

Finally, he takes us to a house in western Wyoming in the town of Weston. Listed for just 55K. It's not big, but it is in nice shape. Unfortunately, there is not much to do in Weston, unless you like hanging out at the local gas station, which is really creepy of you if you do.

There are some towns in Wyoming with rather nice and affordable homes for those who want to retire or live on a budget. Not all of them are sketchy.
