One of the most famous bears in Wyoming is awake and out of hibernation with her cubs. New video shows Grizzly 399 and the young ones are already awake and out doing bear things.

If you're a mom, you will understand this struggle. There's new video of a mama bear who's trying her best to get 4 tiny cubs across a busy roadway. None of the kids/cubs seemed to want to cooperate.

So much cuteness. A family checked their security cam video and noticed something unusual. First, a bear family was spotted outside of their home. As an added bonus, the video also showed one of the bear cubs trying to catch the snowflakes.

A new video shared by a driver shows that Grizzly 399 and her cubs are not in hibernation yet as they made an appearance just outside of Jackson.

Many come to Wyoming in hopes of seeing a bear. What is the right thing to do if that actually happens? It wasn't what this guy did when he stopped his car near a mama grizzly and cubs and got charged big time.
