The Casper Family Aquatic Center is hosting regular open swim from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Recreation Supervisor Edwin Luers said the maintenance at Marion Kreiner pool will take at least two weeks.

This closure is so the Center will be able to adequately address the issue through hiring and training.

“Unfortunately, it doesn’t take much contamination to create a messy problem so it’s important to prevent germs from getting into pools and lakes as much as possible,” said WDH Epidemiologist Courtney Tillman.
