Small Business Administration

The Small Business Administration has begun offering loans to individuals and businesses to help rebuild after the recent flooding in and around Yellowstone National Park.

The U.S. Small Business Administration, along with the U.S. Treasury Department, has re-opened the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) for new borrowers, as well as certain existing PPP borrowers.

The step is being taken to ensure that small community lenders and their small business customers would have access to the $310 billion program.

The low-interest loans provide working capital to help small businesses survive until normal operations resume after a disaster.
